1. Eligibility & User Responsibility
By registering an account and using Myst & Musk, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, that all personal details you provide are accurate, complete, and up-to-date, and that you will use our website responsibly. Any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful use of our platform is strictly prohibited. In cases of suspicious or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access without prior notice.

3. Product Authenticity & Representation
All Myst & Musk perfumes are carefully crafted in-house using premium ingredients. Product images are for illustrative purposes; slight variations in colour, packaging, or size may occur due to photography, screen display, or manufacturing updates.
4. Pricing & Availability
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless otherwise specified. Currency conversions (EUR/USD) are approximate; checkout will always convert amounts to GBP. Prices and stock are subject to change, so please review your order before completing payment.
5. Payment & Security
We accept payments via:
- Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Delta
- PayPal
All payments are securely processed through Stripe or PayPal. We do not store card details. Processing fees are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
6. Order Errors & Verification
If a pricing error is detected, we reserve the right to correct it, cancel the order, or obtain your confirmation for the revised price. Orders may undergo verification checks, such as cardholder validation or address confirmation, and may be cancelled if verification fails or required information is missing.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping costs are estimated at checkout but may vary before dispatch; any shortfall will be confirmed with you. UK deliveries typically take 1–5 working days; please allow up to 15 working days before contacting us. International deliveries (if offered) may take up to 30 working days, with customs duties and import fees being your responsibility. We are not liable for delays caused by customs, courier issues, or external events beyond our control.
8. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
You may cancel an order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with UK Distance Selling regulations. Returns must follow our Refund & Return Policy, with refunds issued to the original payment method. Orders cannot be modified after dispatch, although we will accommodate changes where possible.
9. Promotions & Gift Cards
We reserve the right to withdraw or restrict the use of promotional codes, including combined usage. Gift cards or vouchers containing offensive or inappropriate text may be voided at our discretion.
10. Liability & Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as postal strikes, adverse weather, or customs delays. Indirect or consequential losses are excluded, and our total liability is limited to the value of your order.
11. Intellectual Property & Website Use
All content on our website, including logos, artwork, and product descriptions, is owned or licensed by Myst & Musk and intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction or distribution without permission is strictly prohibited.
12. Data Protection & Privacy
