At Myst & Musk UK Ltd, we aim to deliver your fragrance experience with care, speed, and reliability. Please read our UK shipping information below.
UK Delivery
We offer standard and express delivery options for our in-house oil-based perfumes within the United Kingdom.
Standard delivery is free on all orders over £50.

Dispatch Time
Orders for in-house oil-based perfumes are typically dispatched within 2–4 working days. Express Delivery orders placed before 1pm (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the same day when possible. Orders placed after 1pm on Fridays or during UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom. We are working to make Myst & Musk available worldwide — stay tuned for updates!
Order Updates & Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can also view your order details through your Myst & Musk account.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier disruptions. If your order has not arrived within 15 working days, please contact us via our Contact Us page and we will assist you.
If your package is confirmed lost after investigation, we will provide a replacement or a full refund. Please report lost packages within 30 days of dispatch.

- Myst & Musk is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
- If a parcel is returned due to missed deliveries or address errors, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping fees may apply).
- Delivery timelines and charges may vary for any future products fulfilled externally.
