Orders & Payments

How can I place an order?
Browse our shop, add your chosen products to the basket, and proceed to checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and other secure payment methods.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed promptly. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@mystandmusk.co.uk if you wish to amend or cancel an order. While we will try to assist, we cannot guarantee changes once an order is confirmed.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal. We do not store your payment card details on our systems.

Products & Ingredients

Are your perfumes alcohol-free?
Yes, all Myst & Musk fragrances are oil-based and 100% alcohol-free, ideal for sensitive skin and longer-lasting scent.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Our own fragrance products are vegan-friendly and cruelty-free. Please check individual product pages for any variations, especially with lifestyle items.

Are your products compliant with UK regulations?
All fragrances comply with UK cosmetics and labelling laws, including IFRA and CLP guidelines.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We currently ship within the United Kingdom. We aim to offer international delivery soon.

How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary depending on the shipping option selected. Typical UK delivery ranges from 1–5 working days. Some products may ship separately due to fulfilment arrangements.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. You can also view your order status via your Myst & Musk account.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return my perfume?
Due to hygiene and safety, we accept returns on unopened, unused oil-based perfumes within 30 days of delivery. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

What about other products?
Some lifestyle items are fulfilled by third parties and may have different return procedures. Contact us for guidance.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us immediately (within 24 hours) with your order details and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.

Do I need an account to order?
No, you may checkout as a guest. Creating an account helps you track orders and manage returns more easily.

How is my personal data handled?
