Returns – Oil-Based Perfumes
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns of any opened or used perfume products. Only unopened and unused perfumes in their original sealed packaging are eligible for returns or exchanges.
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
1. The perfume must be unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging.
2. The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?
If your perfume arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue promptly, provide:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Photos or videos clearly showing the damage or issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.
How to Start a Return

- Your full name
- Order number
- Reason for return
- Photos, if applicable
- Preference: refund or replacement
Please do not send any items before contacting us. This ensures your return is processed correctly and safely.

We strongly recommend using tracked delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Refunds
Once your returned perfume is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Return postage is reimbursed only for faulty or incorrect items.
Exchanges
If you are eligible for an exchange, we will process the replacement once the returned perfume has been received and approved. Our goal is to complete exchanges promptly to ensure minimal disruption to your fragrance experience.
